Website for designers and developers to demonstrate best-practices for creating and using media on the Android platform.
The site detailed how bad practices bloated our products and caused waste, how to rectify those issues and the benefit of the clean-up. Using the media clean-up site, CXD was able to get management buy-in for making media clean-up a priority effort.
This also enabled the SVG feature to get approved. Ultimately the site will also help developers employ media so that duplication is avoided – this results in less bugs and more space on the product.
